ELDOVISA LLC complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR. This page summarizes our commitments to EU and UK residents.
Lawful basis
We process personal data on the basis of contract performance (delivering our service to you), legitimate interest (improving the service, preventing fraud), and your consent (for optional marketing communications).
Your rights
EU/UK residents have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict, or port their personal data, and to object to processing. Submit a request to privacy@eldovisa.com; we respond within 30 days.
Data Processing Addendum
We offer a standard Data Processing Addendum (DPA) incorporating the EU Standard Contractual Clauses for international data transfers. Pro and Enterprise customers can sign it from their billing settings or by emailing legal@eldovisa.com.
Sub-processors
Our current sub-processors (AWS, Stripe, Postmark, Datadog) are listed at /security. We notify customers 30 days before adding any new sub-processor.
