These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ELDOVISA platform provided by ELDOVISA LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. Subscription & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis in U.S. dollars. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, violating laws, or interfering with other customers' use of the service.

4. Customer data

You retain all rights to data you submit to ELDOVISA. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide and improve the service.

5. Warranty disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, except as required by law or expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ELDOVISA's total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
